Waiting List Policy and Procedures

At times there are more students that would like to enroll in a cohort

than we are able to accomodate. 

The following policy explains the wait list procedure.

Returning Students:

Returning students have top priority.  Heritage Christian is an assumptive re-enrollment school.  All students are assumed to be returning

unless written notification is received.

New Students:

New students will be accepted as spots are available until a cohort is filled.  Please keep in mind that cohort sizes are limited.  If a cohort is nearing capacity, 

Heritage Christian will select prospective students on the following criteria:

*Placement on waiting list

*Number of children that are attending

*Family financial stewardship

*Assessment results 

Waiting List Procedure

The above criteria will also guide the selection of students.  If an opening arises in your student's chohort, you will be notified immediately by telephone.  If a family cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hours, the next eligible family will be contacted.  Please keep contact information up-to-date.
